What Veribeacon is
Veribeacon is a free, informational case registry of reported brokers and investment platforms. A verdict describes what is on file in the registry at the time of the check. It is not financial, legal or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee — a Cleared result is explicitly not an endorsement.
What Veribeacon is not
Veribeacon does not provide recovery services, does not take custody of funds, and never asks users to pay. Verification is free. Verified fraud cases are escalated to and live at the SARFund case registry, an independent escalation body.
Accuracy and corrections
Records are compiled from reports and upstream case data in good faith and in the public interest. Operators clone legitimate brand names; a record refers to the reported operator, not to any similarly named licensed business. If you believe a record is inaccurate, contact Report@veribeacon.com with evidence and we will review it promptly.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape the registry at abusive rates, attempt to manipulate reports, or use the service to harass any person. Rate limits apply to lookups and submissions.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veribeacon is not liable for losses arising from reliance on any verdict or record. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
