Privacy Policy

Veribeacon is a free broker-verification registry. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used. Last updated: July 2026.

What we collect

Lookups run anonymously — we do not require an account and we do not link searches to identities. If you submit a report, we collect what you provide: your name, email address and your answers to the report questions. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) are kept briefly for security and rate-limiting.

How it is used

Report data is used to review, triage and respond to your report, and — where a report is verified — to maintain registry records. We reply personally to reports from Report@veribeacon.com, our only contact address. We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or share your details with third parties except where escalation to a fraud registry is part of the report’s purpose or where the law requires it.

Retention and removal

Report emails are retained while a report is active. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to Report@veribeacon.com.

Cookies

Veribeacon does not set marketing cookies. Essential platform cookies may be used for security.
